步法一問

各位師兄:

 

本人正積極改善自己的步法,現有一問題:交叉步在何時使用會較為有效? 請各位指教。

好多時都有用到的,前交叉步在正手反手volley都有用到的,後交叉步就要打反手slice approach。其實合併步和交叉步都是常用到的,不過如果你想打波打得好啲的話,除左練步法仲要跑多啲步練氣。

I think key is use thigh muscle to lift the body. So ankle only land on ground when hit the ball. See how Federer 'dance' around the court and checkout his nike shoe has a small area in ankle piece.

See Federer dancing footwork. Ease steps moving and always facing the opponent with perfect timing strokes. Corss steps are use even you are being attack. Retreat backwards with cross steps facing the opponent. Count how many kinds of footsteps he made.:onion_icon_010:

不過有時在會打波,超過2小時後唔好嘩DANCE, 連做spilt steps 都有啲壓力。才30多已膝頭打鼓真冇癮。
